Made
in Germany between 1936 and 1940 by Welta Kamerawerke, this folding
medium format camera features an excellent rangefinder, and has the
solid build and quality of construction that you would expect of its
era.
Fully restored to its former glory by master craftsman Jurgen
Kreckel, it promises to take images of superb quality.
This model of the camera has a Schneider Xenar f2.8/80mm lens, which
is uncoated, as were all pre-war lenses. This presents no problem so
long as a lens shade is used. The camera was also produced with a Carl
Zeiss Jena Tessar f2.8/80mm, also uncoated.
